| Terms and Conditions of Sale: Returns: Non-Monogrammed quilts are returnable during the first 2 weeks if in new condition. An Return Authorization is required. Please e-mail Cindy at Cindysquilts@q.com for an RA. We are sorry but monogrammed quilts are not returnable because they have been personalized and not saleable to anyone else. Shipping: Because these quilts are often personalized I make each one especially for you. Because of that it will take up to two weeks to ship. If I can ship sooner I will. If it can not be shipped within the two weeks I will contact you to let you know but that said I will do everything I can to ship within the first week. Fabrics: Due to the availability of specific prints the examples shown are only examples, the exact fabrics will vary depending on supplies. Payment: All payment will be made though PayPal. Gift Cards: Gift cards must be redeemed within one year. |
